CHARMS Office 

Charms is an online database/profile program that allows the directors to have access to all of your student's up-to-date information! Charms was originally created for large music programs, and functions well for the needs of organizing the LaVergne Band. Directors can then email and text out reminders to all parents about important upcoming events!

 

Each student has a profile created for them where parents can see what forms have been turned in, double check payments for band dues, volunteer for trips/event, and update any change in information.

 

This information is accessible to you 24 hours a day and it’s as easy as a few simple clicks!

  1. Log on to www.charmsoffice.com

  2. Click “Enter” at the top right hand side of the page

  3. Click “Parent/Students/Members” in the upper right side

  4. Enter the following School Code: lavergneband

 

Your “Student Area Password” is your  

  • Temporary Password for NEW MEMBERS!!!

  • First name and last initial all lowercase

  • Example:

  • Clark Kent= clarkk

  • Make sure you change your password ASAP!

  • Once you are logged in, click “Update Info” icon at the bottom left of the screen.

    • At your (student) information page, be sure to type in the following: home address & phone numbers, student email & cell phone number.

      • Click the green “Update” icon at the top right of the screen

    • Click the blue “Add New Adult” icon at the bottom left of the screen, and enter parent’s info.

      • Parent’s “birthday”, “cell phone carrier”, & “driver’s license #” are not necessary.

 

Be sure to click the green “Update” icon at the top right of the screen before exit
